摘要:

在全球应对气候变化挑战日益严峻的背景下,欧盟设定了到2040年将温室气体净排放量减少90%的目标,而中国则承诺到2060年实现碳中和。这些雄心勃勃的目标需要大量的绿色融资作为支持,为双方在绿色金融和技术领域的深入合作提供了重要机遇。匈牙利作为中国在欧盟绿色金融倡议中的重要合作伙伴,近年来显著加强了与中国的经济联系。本文系统回顾了中匈两国在绿色债券领域的合作历程,并就进一步深化合作提出了以下建议:一是加强沟通与协调,积极防范和化解潜在金融风险;二是推动中匈绿色债券市场的双向开放,拓宽两国企业的融资渠道,支持绿色项目的可持续发展;三是建立标准互认机制,促进中匈绿色债券市场的统一和标准化;四是完善信息披露制度,提升绿色债券信息透明度。
