Absztrakt:
Az esszé a tulajdonosi tőke alapú közösségi finanszírozás legfrissebb, nemzetközi kutatási eredményeit mutatja be, ami a hazai szakirodalomban – a szerzők jelen ismeretei alapján – hiánypótlónak tekinthető. A tulajdonosi tőke alapú közösség finanszírozás internetes platformon keresztüli tőkebevonási lehetőség kis- és közepes méretű vállalkozások számára, mely a növekedési lehetőségek és az innováció finanszírozásának alternatív formáját jelenti a digitalizáció korában. A kockázattal korrigált pénzügyi megtérülésben érdekelt befektetők a tőkepiaci súrlódásokat és ügynöki költségeket többféle módon kezelik a „tömegbefektetés” folyamata során. A vállalkozói minőséggel kapcsolatos információs jelzések kulcsfontosságúak a tapasztalt befektetők számára, amikor tőkeelhelyezési döntéseiket meghozzák a crowdfunding kampány során. Az adott ország törvényi keretei mellett a platformokon számos olyan szabály, technikai és kulturális norma alakult ki, amelyek a tőkepiaci tökéletlenségeket próbálják kezelni.
